Super Bill
I am not currently billing Insurances, however if requested, I can print out a weekly or monthly super bill which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Initial Developmental Evaluation
Includes 1-2 evaluation appointments, parent interview, an extensive report, consultation with parent/guardians, and immediate suggestions and activities to complete at home.
Individual Occupational Therapy Intervention
Evidence based interventions in a 1:1 environment with your child in order to gain skills required to reach their goals. Services can be broken down into 15 minute incremements and the prices would follow $15 for 15 minutes, $30 for 30 minutes, etc.
Group Occupational Therapy Intervention
Evidence based interventions in a group of 2 or more peers in order to gain skills required to reach their goals. All group sessions are 1 hour long.
Online Consultation
If you would like additional time for consultation, or are unable to make therapy appointments, Â unable to get a physician referral, and/or just want to get some pointers to help your child develop skills, I can provide you with expert advice and activities you can try at home with your child.
